In any apartment complex there will be things that you would like to change or improve, but I can honestly say the staff here does their best to keep renters at this property happy. The manager Catherine has always responded to me quickly and corrected any problems when I have had issues. I can tell she works hard to improve things! The location is good and so are prices.

As someone who moved 3 hours from “home” after graduating college and knowing nobody in the area, I came to finding Aurea my actual home. I was always greeted with kindness and sincerity, and any issue was taken care of in a timely and reasonable manner. Not once did I have to worry about anything during my time. I would rate 6/5 stars for overall satisfaction, and would gladly recommend this property, and management team to anyone looking for their new place to call home.

I just moved into my one bedroom, I’m happy and satisfied l. Erica was my person that helped me. She was awesome & the entire staff was nice and very helpful. My first time moving out here, I’m excited!!!

So far, so good! Absolutely LOVE this place! The application and move-in process was simple, I pay exactly what i expect to pay, and it's been very peaceful. Management was nice. Highly recommend!

Wonderful staff and beautiful facilities! Homes are well maintained. Everyone was friendly and work orders were completed quickly. Appreciated it being close to everything we needed.

The application/approval process was quick and the leasing manager set the tone for the community! I’m so glad this place is under new management, they go above and beyond for their tenants!
